Actually it will be.
Basically if King is not made CNO this means more supplies for Europe and less for the Pacific ( The pacific was to receive 15% of the US's output of supplies, under King and Mac it got 30% ). Also means more ships and landing craft for Europe but less for the pacific. Then there is the Construction schedules. They would not be mucked around with like King did even though he was not suppose to. This means BB's done sooner and some CV's later in the War. Also means that a CVB could be laid down a few months sooner.

That's just some of the things I can think of off the top of my head.
