More later but

1) Aviation fuel by 1941 was almost exclusively from synthetics.
2) The planned training program for the RLM ( done at the meeting in Oct 1939 ) was suppose to begin construction in July 1940. Historically it was cancelled. After a longer BoF it wont be. Thus by September it will begin to be run side by side with the Luft programs and by Feb 1941 will absorb and run all the luft Programs as well. It is effectively the German equivalent of the commonwealth training program with an initial planned number of 1200 to 1600 pilots per month. Fortunately it also eats up a lot of the production over historical for the first 6 months. Creates a new luft and provides a depot for planes, both new and used.
3) for those who are wondering, one of my issues was how the Spitfire Mk IX got deployed so fast as it took the capture of a Fw-190 to help correct some issues with its exhaust system. The same exhaust system also sped up the Tempest program.
