Concur, but do you two realise what you ahve just done? By making this campaign longer amd at lower intensity, you have created a situation where the LW must move out of the 'blitzkreig economy' cycle of build up for a short, sharp campaign, then as it occurs, return to civilian production.

This means that the LW is forced to do the rework of its flight training in late 1940 at the absolute latest, and this situation will also have very significant ramifications for the German aviation industry AND for their synthetic fuels program.

With a continuing air war in the Med, PLUS a Bob (minus), I can see zero excuse for the German aviation industry to wind production down, and a lot of impetus to properly mobilise it.

This is a serious issue to address.

Also, Russ, it provides a great place for that Fw-190 to fall into RAF hands!

Cheers: Mark
