8) Aircraft - If Speers gets the aircraft production and development nod then 1942 is a very important year. Because Hitler hasn't stripped Milch because of his Me-262 defiance both he and Galland will be consultants from the RLM for Speer's.
-Me-262 - Galland has already test flown this aircraft and the design team is already looking at changing the undercarriage because of his recommendation. Milch waffled through most of 1942 between the Me-262 and the Me-209. Mich's history with Willy and Galland's recommendation will have Speer cancel the Me-209 program right away and more funding poured into the Me-262 program. Willy historically complained about loosing the Me-209 program which in turn kept it on till mid 1943 but many feel that was because he was into empire building and wanted more production for his company. With Speer's increasing his orders and the number of plants by dispersion and increasing funding to the Me-262 program Willy should not complain imho. If Speer's can also get the Nickel and Chromium from Yugolsavia the more reliable Jumo-004-A maybe able to go into full production sooner than the war material saving less reliable Jumo-004-B. If that's the case, engine deliveries can start in mid 1943. With less bombing the first 250 wont be destroyed on the ground waiting for engines.
- HE-219 will go into production sooner, most likely after the engines arrive in August. Milch will be pissed but Kammhuber and Galland will sell this to Speer's. Also as its an excellent candidate for fitting of AI units along with the ME-110 will make it even more attractive. Anything to protect his factories Speer's will help promote.

That's about it for now.
