Re-doing my BA in history, after the first time through was wrecked by rugby-induced head injuries.  Took a few years to get back on my figurative feet.  Building up my library faster than I can read it, too!  Live very close to the Canadian Forces Staff College in Toronto, you've probably heard of it.  See lots of different uniforms from random countries.

Being Canadian isn't crazy, it's you Aussies who are crazy!  Living with all that monstrous wildlife that'll kill you at a moments notice!

Re: air-to-air refueling, I had seen/read that someone had developed something in the 20's, but that was one guy passing a hose down to the plane flying feet underneath.  Not the safest of options!

I will admit to being curious about the decision for Singapore to fall: my recollection was that it only fell OTL when, by pre-war planning the first reinforcements were supposed to arrive, and that the Japanese were at the end of their tether?  The lack of North Africa being dominant on Churchill's mind, I've often thought that it would've been reinforced with enough "modern" equipment to successfully hold off?  Or is it an FFO thing continued with?
