The logistics in the Aleutians are not the same you lunatic.Aaron, its comments like this that makes it almost impossible for people to take you seriously????

Point, set, match.
If you continue with your bull stuff on the Aleutians, I will take you to federal court.
A lot of that stuff was planned, but it got extra funding and resources when the Japanese invaded. In FFO, there is no Japanese invasion of the Aleutians, and the fighting has shifted to other areas.Actually Aaron, except for the expenditure of 4 extra Divisions and the upkeep of a small fleet and island hopping campaign to retake the islands captured by the Japanese, no extra expense was incured. As for the logistics chain, a series of small transports and planes were planned for the area to supply the chain of airfields and that order never changed, even with the Japanese invasion. It was capable of supplying troops in the Aleutians several times larger than actually were stationed there and were used quite extensively during Operation Wedlock to make the Japanese think the US was going to invade the Kuriles in 1944.
Also if you factor in the fact that the route and construction of many of the airfields along the Alaskan Highway, plus the Highway itself were built to support a supply chain to Russia which wont be needed in FFO and a easier route can be chosen and built on, that in itself will save time and money.
